Our Lotus Paradise Floral Wall Stencil brings the Art Nouveau look to your home with a flowing flower and vine design. For this stenciled wall, we use our Royal Stencil Cremes to highlight this retro inspired design with shimmering metallic color. Royal Stencil Cremes cover quickly, especially over dark colors and dry almost instantly. Supplies:
- Lotus Paradise Floral Wall Stencil
- Royal Stencil Crème Paints: Peacock Blue, Metallic Teal, Lime Shine, Shimmer Pink
- Royal Stencil Brushes: 3/4 inch, two 1/2 inch
- Painter’s Tape and Paper Towels
Step 1: Center the stencil on the wall and secure with painter’s tape.
Step 2: Mix equal parts of Teal and Peacock Blue Royal Stencil Cremes to create a custom blue.
Step 3: Load the 3/4 inch stencil brush with the custom blue color by dipping the tips of the brush into the paint. Offload excess paint on a paper towel.
Step 4: Use a circular motion and even pressure to stencil the large flowers with the custom blue color.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with a 1/2 inch stencil brush and Shimmer Pink Royal Stencil Crème. Only stencil the small flowers.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with the other 1/2 inch stencil brush and Lime Shine Royal Stencil Crème. Only stencil the vines and leaves.
Step 7: Use the registration marks on the stencil to reposition the pattern outwards and downwards. This makes stenciling a large surface so easy!
Step 8: Repeat Steps 1 through 7 until your wall in completely stenciled.
