Return Policy

Returns of any kind will not be accepted after 30 days.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damaged stencils may be returned for an exact product replacement within 15 days of the order date. All other returns of unopened stencils are subject to a 15% restocking and processing charge. Opened stencils will be subject to an additional 10% repacking charge.

Products, books, recipe cards & videos are not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise.

Please call 1-800-747-9767 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA Number and returned in their original packaging within 7 business days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns of any kind without a RMA number and not received within 7 business days will not be accepted! Credit/refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

Shipping Charges

All continental U.S. orders are shipping via FedEx Residential Ground Service. Although we do our best to ensure your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee FedEx delivery schedules and times. FedEx is a third party shipping service.

For the same reasons stated above, Royal Design Studio is not responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss caused by late deliveries.

All orders are shipped within one business day except weekend orders which generally ship on Mondays. Depending upon your location, you should receive your order within one week from the time it was processed. If you have placed a weekend order, you will receive an email acknowledgement on Monday morning.

Express shipments are available. However, to ensure that your order ships the same day, the order must be verified by 12 noon (PST) to qualify for same day shipment! We recommend that you call us to confirm your expedited order and approve shipping charges. 1.800.747.9767

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping charges based on the weight of the package and e-mail the information to you for your approval prior to processing the order.
