What do you get when you combine beautifully stenciled walls and dramatic lighting? A sumptuous powder room! Muralist Joy Matheson of Scribbles Murals & Decorative Painting used our Moorish Trellis Stencil on richly textured grey walls to give this powder room a luxurious feel. The dramatic lighting and fancy fixtures complete the look for this gorgeous space.
Robin Johnston of Faux Couture (top left) created a calm and airy atmosphere in this bathroom by using our Ribbon Lattice Wall Stencil pattern in a soothing color palette. The earthy tone on tone stencil pattern, the antique floor cabinet and a beautifully potted floral assortment together give this bathroom a charming, elegant look!
In another project (top right) Hannah of Hannah Dee Interiors whisks you to the serene Orient by using the same Ribbon Lattice stencil pattern-only with a reversed color scheme of light on dark. She completes the look with Chinoiserie cabinets, a lovely orchid planter and some gorgeous bathroom accessories. If you are looking to give a soft and relaxed feel to any space, the Ribbon Lattice Wall Stencil should definitely be on your list!
Tamara Taylor used a gorgeous color combination of orange and gold with our Endless Vine Wall Stencil to give this bathroom an extravagant look. The pretty boutique lamp and ornamental mirror frame add a lavish look. If you are looking for something with a little less contrast, swap the Antique Gold Stencil Crème with our Copper Kettle Stencil Crème.
Katie of KT Made fell in love with the wallpaper effect that our Endless Moorish Circles Stencil gave her bathroom wall. She said, “I would recommend a stenciling project to anyone because the outcome is so stunning - like wallpaper but without all the “yuckiness” of wallpapering and without the difficulty of changing the wall later if you grow out of the design.” Her blog post Stenciling the Bathroom shows what challenges Katie faced for this project and how easily she overcame those. Be sure to check it out!
Amanda of Our Storied Life wanted her kids’ imagination to soar even when they were in the shower! She chose our Fly Away with Me Stencil to create a whimsical bathroom within budget. Her blog post Stenciled Bird Kids Bathroom shows how she breezed through the project in 4 easy steps.
Who said stencils are for walls alone? Tara of Dump your Frump proves it by using our stencils to revamp the boring floors in her powder room. She transformed it into an exotic powder room simply by stenciling the floor with our Moroccan Arches stencil using lavender and deep purple acrylic paint. The best part, she did all this on a shoestring budget! Learn more about this project on her blog post DIY Painted Floors.
