We are so excited to read HGTV Magazine (June 2019) and see the crowd-favorite Tribal Batik Furniture Stencil in its pages! In this color packed issue, HGTV highlights the importance (and pure fun!) of decorating with color. “Paint Everything!” is their mantra, and we couldn’t agree more! They shared tips and tricks about how to paint, well… everything!

“Sure you can update a room by buying new accessories and a couple pieces of furniture. Or you can grab a paintbrush or can of spray paint, refresh items you already own, and spend next to nothing. Behold the results of what happened when we challenged ourselves to paint basically everything but the walls in this living room. Found at a store or DIY’ed – it’s impossible to tell. And that’s just the way we like it.”
“Paint a coffee table using Furniture Stencils from Royal Design Studio!
- Center the stencil on the tabletop and attach it with repositionable spray adhesive. Using a foam pouncer or Royal Stencil Brush, fill in the furniture stencil with paint. Remove the stencil then reposition it so it lines up next to the part you already stenciled. Repeat until the entire tabletop is covered. Let dry.
- Repeat for the tabletop’s edges, cutting the stencil if needed.”
