Our stencils are laser cut in our San Diego, California, USA studio from durable 10mil Mylar plastic sheets. With minimal care, stencils can be used repeatedly for many different projects and on multiple surfaces. Stenciling is a fast, easy, and inexpensive way to customize and update any surface in your house with paint, including walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and fabric. Stenciling is generally done using either stencil brushes or stencil rollers. You can stencil with craft acrylic paints, latex wall paint, or our specially designed Royal Stencil Creme paints. I ordered the smaller of the 2 sizes, and it worked out perfect. The stencil design I chose is beautiful and I am so happy with it.
Loved the finished look - it’s stunning. It was a little challenging with lining up the edges but it is a forgiving pattern and I’m pretty creative so I made it work.

It would have been much better for the flowers to be painted instead of the outline. Whatever color you wanted the flowers to be…you had to paint the entire wall. A lot of extra work.
I ordered the large stencil and it really was large. I painted the mudroom using a small dry brush and that took foreverrrrr! I used a small roller when doing my daughter’s mixed colour room and that was so much faster and easier. Love the look and highly recommend.
