Shipping Information 

Domestic Shipping: Delivery times to most contiguous US locations is 2 to 5 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery times – please consider it an estimate. FedEx delivery times reflect 1 business day for order processing. Royal Design Studio cannot guarantee 3rd party shipper delivery times and is not responsible for any monetary loss or inconvenience that may be caused due to a late delivery or lost package. You will be emailed a tracking link upon shipment.
Canada Shipments: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your package(s) to your destination. As a courtesy, we have built your GST tax rate into your order for you to pre-pay your import taxes and customs duties via FedEx. These fees would be imposed on your package as the shipment enters Canada. We provide this service to help prevent your shipment from being delayed pending payment of these additional charges. Rural deliveries may incur an additional fee from FedEx. If you select USPS, we will refund you the GST fees. However, you will need to pay these fees directly to USPS for delivery.
International Shipping: International shipping charges are based on the weight of your package(s) to your destination via FedEx. There may be additional import taxes or customs duties imposed on your package at the time of delivery. These fees are outside of our control, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any additional import, VAT, or customs duties and taxes imposed.

Return Policy

Please click here to download and print out a Stencil Returns Form. Fill it out with your order information and include it in your return package.

IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

  • Damaged stencils or issues with order must be reported to us immediately and may be returned for an exact product replacement within 15 days of the order date. 
  • Unopened/unused/undamaged stencils may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 10% restocking charge and less shipping charges. Credit/refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receiving merchandise.
  • Not returnable items include: Stencil Cremes, Chalk Paint®, OOPS! Stencils, Instructional Books, Recipe Cards, DVDs, Clearance Stencils, and all other supplies and products. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise.
