Our stencils are laser cut in our San Diego, California, USA studio from durable 10mil Mylar plastic sheets. With minimal care, stencils can be used repeatedly for many different projects and on multiple surfaces. Use them to stencil patterns on walls, wood, concrete, furniture, tile, fabric paper, cork, canvas, and more.
Decorating with stencils is economical! All you need are some basic Stencil supplies and paint to create a patterned wall or surface at a fraction of the cost of wallpaper.

Stenciling is a fast, easy, and inexpensive way to customize and update any surface in your house with paint, including walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and fabric. Stenciling is generally done using either stencil brushes or stencil rollers. You can stencil with craft acrylic paints, latex wall paint, or our specially designed Royal Stencil Creme paints. I HAD TO ORDER THE 2 0Z SIZE TO FINISH MY PROJECT IN MULTIPLES BECAUSE THE LARGER 8 OZ WAS OUT OF STOCK. IT WAS IN STOCK ONLY IF YOU BOUGHT THE BRUSH TOO? MY SECOND ORDER WAS SHORT ONE OF THE PAINTS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT ALTHOUGH THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT THEY WERE REPLACING. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN PRICE GAUGED WITH THE ONLY SIZE BEING THE SMALL WHEN IT COSTS TWICE AS MUCH FOR 4 2OZ SIZES AS 1 8 OZ! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
The metallic bronze has such a luxurious appearance. The paint was easy to use and had minimal bleeding. My only complaints were: 1) I had to purchase four 2-ounce jars because the eight ounce size was unavailable, and 2) there were no guidelines as to how much to order, so I had to pause my project while awaiting the second set of 2 jars.

Absolutely perfect to use on Royal Design Studio Stencils, perfect coverage, rich and shiny look, works great with stencil brush, little goes a long way! I want to cover everything with it!
My first experience stenciling. I used both this paint and some Annie Sloan chalk paint in my first trials painting on wood furniture. I watched all the videos first, which is key, because it never would have occurred to me to wipe off the brush on paper towels, but their recommended method worked great. And, although the Annie Sloan worked fine, I found this stencil paint to be a lovely consistency-- thick, smooth, and saturated in color.
